4. Responsibility and performance evaluation

4.2. Evaluation of the work of the distributor of works of the 3rd category is carried out:

4.2.1. Direct supervisor - regularly, in the course of the daily implementation by the employee of his labor functions.

4.2.2. Attestation Commission of the enterprise - periodically, but at least once every two years based on the documented results of the work for the evaluation period.

5. Working conditions

To provide personal protective equipment, tools, necessary materials, equipped workplace; to create normal conditions for labor protection;

4. Responsibility

The work manager is responsible for:

Failure to perform (improper performance) of the work listed in this manual;
