In the Center, in accordance with the schedule of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow, more than a thousand employees of various categories are trained annually. According to the professional training programs of the following categories: middle and senior commanding staff, criminal investigation officers, police patrol officers, investigators, interrogators, employees of migration units.

Effective training of employees is impossible without a modern material and technical base.

The center consists of an educational and administrative building (total area 10163.4 sq.m) and a shooting complex (two-storey separate building, total area 1997.5 sq.m).

In the educational and administrative building (a typical project of the school) there are 24 classrooms (total area 1209.7 sq.m), including 5 specialized rooms: first aid, forensics, legal training, special equipment and a computer class.

In order to improve the quality vocational training The Center pays special attention to the development of practical skills.

To work out the standards for physical training and combat techniques of sambo wrestling, the following are used:

Wrestling hall (area 267.6 sq.m);

For conducting combat (fire) training classes in the building of the shooting complex, 3 training classes and 3 shooting ranges are equipped for practical firing from a 9 mm Makarov pistol and AKS74U.

To develop practical skills in the studied disciplines "Special Training" and "Tactics of Protecting Public Order", a training ground has been equipped on the territory of the Center.

In addition, among the permanent and variable staff of the Center, as well as among the employees of the departments of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, sports competitions in bullet shooting, kettlebell lifting, power all-around, sambo wrestling, arm wrestling, mini-football, etc. are held in the Center.

The Center has a room for psycho-emotional regulation, equipped with a psycho-diagnostic complex "Multipsychometer", a music center, video equipment, audio and video materials for psycho-corrective measures.

For holding cultural events, the Center has an assembly hall (total area 235.1 sq.m) for 240 seats, equipped with an acoustic sound system and a multimedia projector.

Improvement of the educational process is achieved through the introduction of modern computer systems and information technologies into the learning process.
