The Center conducts initial training of persons first hired to serve in the internal affairs bodies for the positions of ordinary and junior commanding staff, middle commanding staff, as well as training camps for job categories employees of internal affairs bodies in order to increase their professional readiness to perform operational tasks in their current or new position.

Training of employees in the Center is carried out by teachers on the following cycles:

A cycle of special disciplines (tactics of public order protection, special training);

Cycle of general legal and social disciplines (legal training, professional psychological training, professional culture and ethics);

Cycle of special equipment and forensic science (basics of forensic science, first aid, computer science basics, special equipment basics);

Fire training cycle;

Cycle of physical training (combat fighting techniques, general physical training);

Cycle for the training of police officers in typical and extreme situations.

In the Center, in accordance with the schedule of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Moscow, more than a thousand employees of various categories are trained annually. According to the professional training programs of the following categories: middle and senior commanding staff, criminal investigation officers, police patrol officers, investigators, interrogators, employees of migration units.

Effective training of employees is impossible without a modern material and technical base.

The center consists of an educational and administrative building (total area 10163.4 sq.m) and a shooting complex (two-storey separate building, total area 1997.5 sq.m).

In the educational and administrative building (a typical project of the school) there are 24 classrooms (total area 1209.7 sq.m), including 5 specialized rooms: first aid, forensics, legal training, special equipment and a computer class.

In order to improve the quality vocational training The Center pays special attention to the development of practical skills.

To work out the standards for physical training and combat techniques of sambo wrestling, the following are used:

Game hall (area 599.1 sq.m);

Wrestling hall (area 267.6 sq.m);

Gym (area 20 sq.m);

Sports town (area 470 sq.m);

Multifunctional sports ground (40 by 20 m);

Obstacle course (length ~ 100 m).

For conducting combat (fire) training classes in the building of the shooting complex, 3 training classes and 3 shooting ranges are equipped for practical firing from a 9 mm Makarov pistol and AKS74U.

To develop practical skills in the studied disciplines "Special Training" and "Tactics of Protecting Public Order", a training ground has been equipped on the territory of the Center.

In addition, among the permanent and variable staff of the Center, as well as among the employees of the departments of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow, sports competitions in bullet shooting, kettlebell lifting, power all-around, sambo wrestling, arm wrestling, mini-football, etc. are held in the Center.

The Center has a room for psycho-emotional regulation, equipped with a psycho-diagnostic complex "Multipsychometer", a music center, video equipment, audio and video materials for psycho-corrective measures.

For holding cultural events, the Center has an assembly hall (total area 235.1 sq.m) for 240 seats, equipped with an acoustic sound system and a multimedia projector.

Improvement of the educational process is achieved through the introduction of modern computer systems and information technologies into the learning process.

The structure of the Center includes: a training department, a cycle of special disciplines, a cycle of general legal and social disciplines, a cycle of combat physical training, a cycle of forensic science and special equipment, a group for working with personnel, a combat unit, a rear service, support personnel.

The staff of the Center looks to the future with optimism and does not intend to stop there. Plans have been outlined for the introduction of innovative technologies in the organization of the educational process, the improvement of the educational and material base, the strengthening of the educational orientation of training, the formation of a highly moral, socially oriented and cultural officer of the Russian Guard, ready to perform service and combat tasks.
