    § 1. Feed production operator

    2nd category

    Characteristics of works. Conducting processes: crushing (grinding) roughage, mineral, feed and low-value food raw materials, semi-finished products; purification of raw materials and finished products from metal-magnetic impurities by trapping (extracting) them with the help of magnetic barriers on electromagnetic separators, magnetic columns. Sewing bags with finished products on bag-sewing machines of various types, except for machines installed on lines equipped with automatic carousels. Receiving, moving, cleaning and distributing raw materials to silos, taking into account their quality, loading and unloading finished products and raw materials from containers under the guidance of a higher-skilled feed production operator. Maintenance, control of the operation of the simplest crushers, transport mechanisms, magnetic installations, fans, cyclones, bag sewing machines. Participation in the maintenance and monitoring of the operation of the simplest cleaning machines, means of transportation, loading and unloading devices; monitoring the correct filling of silos. Regulation of the speed of movement and the thickness of the layer of the product entering the cleaning. Sewing on marking labels, twine and thread tow. Threading a bag sewing machine. Doing technological processes: crushing meal, cake and other raw materials; separation, dosing of minerals on disc dispensers; drying salt, chalk; packing finished products into bags on all types of weighing machines, except for automatic carousels. Sewing bags with finished products on lines equipped with automatic carousels. Receiving, moving raw materials, distributing them to silos, taking into account the quality of feed products using all types of conveyors. Loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products from containers. Maintenance, supervision and control of the operation of crushers, separators, disc feeders, dryers for salt and chalk, conveyors of all kinds, filters, loading and unloading devices, weighing machines of all types, except for automatic carousels, bag sewing machines on lines equipped with automatic carousels,

    and other similar complexity of serviced equipment. Monitoring the filling and release of grain from silos. Checking the correctness of plumb lines, compliance with the standard weight of bags with finished products. Replacement of screens on crushers and separators. Adjustment and regulation of work of the serviced equipment. Ensuring a uniform supply of feed products. Starting and stopping the serviced equipment.

Conducting technological processes of granulation of loose mixed fodder, crushing of granules into grains and sorting into fractions under the guidance of a higher-skilled feed production operator. Conducting technological processes for dosing feed components and protein-vitamin supplements on plate dispensers, crushing grain raw materials, molasses (receiving liquid feed components, supplying them to storage, heating and feeding into production), drying various products on screw dryers, preparing enrichment mixtures for production feed for various species and age groups of farm animals and birds at feed mills equipped with plate dispensers. Knockout of finished products on automatic carousels. Maintenance, supervision and control of the operation of poppet dispensers, crushers of grain raw materials, mixers and other equipment for the production of molasses, screw dryers, lines for the preparation of enrichment mixtures, granulators; monitoring the filling of silos. Conducting the processes of granulation of loose mixed fodder on technological lines for the production of mixed fodder; preparation of enrichment mixtures for the production of animal feed; crushing granules into grains and sorting them into fractions; drying the product on dryers of various designs; production of carbamide concentrate on extruders. Maintenance, adjustment, regulation, supervision and control of volumetric batchers, dryers of various designs, extruders. Adjustment of the operating mode of the equipment according to the given compound feed recipe. Calculation of the required amount of raw materials. Quality control of manufactured products, loads on equipment and the efficiency of the production line. Ensuring the interconnected operation of the equipment of technological lines. Monitoring compliance with the standards for the output of finished products. Monitoring the condition of drive belts, guards and organizing their timely repair. Accounting for the amount of processed raw materials, finished products, non-feed waste. Participation in the repair of feed mill equipment.

Maintenance, monitoring and control from the control panel of the operation of weighing batchers, multi-component scales and other especially complex serviced equipment. Control from the control panel according to the readings of control and measuring instruments, the results of laboratory analyzes and the organoleptic progress of the technological processes of dosing and mixing feed, compliance with the specified modes, loads on the equipment. Ensuring the interconnected operation of the feed mill equipment. Regulation and adjustment of the operating mode of equipment, pneumatic transport and aspiration systems. Conducting technological processes of peeling grain and seeds of cereals, legumes, oilseeds, sifting, grinding and polishing cereals on machines and mechanisms of various designs, screening peeling products. Hydrothermal treatment, drying of cereals on steam and other dryers. Packing finished products into bags on automatic carousels. Servicing, monitoring and control of the operation of peeling, wrench, grinding, polishing plants and machines, sifters, steam and other dryers, automatic carousels and other serviced equipment. Ensuring the established operating modes of the equipment, uniform supply of grain and peeling products. Installation and stretching of sieves on separators, sieves. Maintenance, control of grain cleaning, peeling, crushing, grinding, flattening, polishing machines and mechanisms.     V. Requirements for the results of mastering the main professional educational program

    5.1. A graduate who has mastered the OBOR NGO should have general competencies, including the ability to:

    VIII. Requirements for assessing the quality of mastering the main professional educational program

    8.1. The assessment of the quality of mastering the basic professional educational programs should include the current control of knowledge, intermediate and state (final) certification of students.

    8.2. Specific forms and procedures for current knowledge control, intermediate certification for each discipline and professional module are developed by the educational institution independently and brought to the attention of students within the first two months from the start of training.

    8.3. In order to certify students for the compliance of their personal achievements with the step-by-step requirements of the relevant OBEP (current and intermediate certification), funds of assessment tools are created to assess knowledge, skills and mastered competencies. Funds of assessment tools for intermediate certification are developed and approved by the educational institution independently, and for the state (final) certification they are developed and approved by the educational institution after a preliminary positive opinion from employers.

    An educational institution should create conditions for the maximum approximation of the programs of current and intermediate certification of students in disciplines and interdisciplinary courses of the professional cycle to the conditions of their future professional activity - for which, in addition to teachers of a particular discipline (interdisciplinary course), employers should be actively involved as external experts, teachers reading related disciplines.

    8.4. The assessment of the quality of training of students and graduates is carried out in two main directions:

    assessment of the level of mastering disciplines;

    assessment of students' competencies.

    8.5.
